招聘绩效主管_贵州大兴东国际旅游城酒店群招聘信息-最佳东方

岗位职责：

1、绩效规划：协助制定和完善集团公司的绩效管理制度体系。根据集团公司的现状，对年度绩效状况进行总结，提出改进意见。跟进每月的绩效考核结果。
2、绩效推进：根据绩效规划，通过培训、宣传、监督和检查的步骤，逐步将绩效规划进行落实。指导和协助各部门进行绩效体系的完善，督促与绩效相关流程优化工作。
3、绩效实施：每月跟进各部门的绩效考核数据提交情况，并对提交的考核数据进行汇总统计。
4、绩效反馈：协助各部门领导开展绩效面谈工作，使面谈工作确切落实。每个季度组织一次问卷调查，问卷调查覆盖范围不低于20%。对绩效反馈的结果进行分类统计和分析。
5、绩效申诉：对各部门提出的意见进行收集整理，并反馈给上级部门领导。协调组织绩效申诉的裁决，并通知裁决结果。
绩效检查：每月进行一次全员考核数据表单的抽查和全查，并做好抽查记录。
6、绩效改进：根据绩效结果及绩效检查情况的总结分析结果，提出绩效改进建议，并协调各部门进行考核方式、标准及流程的优化。依据季度规划和年度规划，落实改进计划。
任职资格
1、大学专科（含）以上学历，人力资源管理、会计、企业管理或者其他相关专业。
2、持有人力资源执业证书，大型集团公司2年以上同岗位工作经验。
3、熟悉各种绩效评价方法，熟悉绩效管理流程，熟悉国家劳动法，具备扎实的人力资源管理理论基础。
4、良好的信息收集和分析能力、表达能力、沟通能力、判断能力，熟练使用办公自动化软件，综合素质高，责任心强，作风务实，严谨，能够结合集团公司实际创造行工作。
