Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)
主要职责﹣(职务的主要工作)
 
1. Receive applicant, arrange them fill in application
接待求职者，安排填写《求职申请表》。
2. To be aware of current vacancies and to respond. To assist to screening of all applicants who complete application
了解空缺并筛选填写好求职申请表的求职者。
3. Assist with reference checks, and job offers
协助将进行背景调查，发放录取通知书。
4. Inform applicants result on time
及时将结果通知求职者。
5. Familiar with and knowledgeable of the Labor Law 
熟悉理解劳动法。
6. Complete Labor contract correctly
准确地完成劳动合同。
7. Track all internal movements, transfer & promotion
根据内部变化，如转岗和提升。
8. Assist to complete social insurance and health insurance for all associates.
协助办理社会保险和医疗保险。
9. Co-ordinate and maintain social insurance and health insurance as per the Labor law and regulations.
根据劳动法规协调社会保险和医疗保险。
10. Assist to ensure all associates are paid in line with their terms of employment.
协助保证所有员工按照聘用条款付薪。
11. Maintain an efficient track system.
维持有效的跟进系统。
12. Coordinate operations between other departments/units.
协调与其他部门的关系。
13. Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational health and safety legislation, policies and procedures.
执行健康及安全法规、政策及程序。
14. Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors/manager of potential danger
采取行动排除危险情况，并通知危险隐患。
15. Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.
执行酒店安全就紧急情况政策及程序。
16. Be familiar with property safety, current firest aid and fire emergency procedures
熟悉酒店安全、急救及消防紧急处理程序。
17. Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirement.
根据酒店规定记录安全事件及事故。
18. Ensure that heart of house is kept clean, safe and hygienic as front of the house.
保证酒店后场区域与前场区域保持同样干净、安全、卫生
19. Conduct heart of house inspections & advise Human Resources Manager
执行后场区域检查，并向人力资源经理提出建议。
20. Ensure all reporting and servicing deadlines are met in a timely basis.
保证按时完成所有报告和服务
21. Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors
执行由上级交办的其他工作
 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS资格
Qualifications –学历
1. Good at both oral and written English.
英文口语及书写流利。
2. Good at computer skill.
熟练使用电脑。
3. Knowledge of office procedures and systems.
了解办公室工作程序及系统。
Experience –经验
Minimum one year related working experience.
至少一年相关工作经验。
