岗位职责：
1、 向宾客提供服务并帮助提拿、运送行李。
2、 引领宾客进入房间并作简单介绍。
3、 向宾客推销酒店各项服务、介绍酒店客房设施。
4、 负责将住店宾客的物品、报纸、邮件、留言单及前厅通知发送的邮件等物品分送到楼面或有关部门。
5、 受理、委托寄存、保管行李物品，办理登记等有关手续。
6、 完成上级交待的其他工作。
任职条件：1、学历要求：高中及以上学历。
2、英语水平：具有良好的英语沟通能力为最佳。
3、工作经验：有工作经验者优先。
4、基本素质：具有较强的工作责任心，，具有较强的信息沟通能力。
