岗位职责
1.  Applies Hilton Brand Standards in each and every action, acting as a role model and example of how the standards should be carried out in a practical setting.

2. Is up to date with information on facilities, attractions, and places of interest, sights and activities in and around Hotel.
了解酒店周边地区的最新信息，名胜，风景地等，为顾客提供方便。
3. Leads and motivates team members by leading by example and employing competent and consistent management practices.
通过始终如一的训练领导和激发团队员工。
4. Familiar with Hilton culture and GTMS, SALT, Honors, QA reports and possess the skills of the report analysis.
熟知希尔顿品牌文化，了解GTMS, SALT, Honors, QA报告并具备分析数据的能力。
5. Identifies needs and training requirements of team members. Actively takes part in training the team, facilitating formal training sessions and on the job training to ensure that all team members are of the same standard. Also attends training where and when required.
确认员工的培训需求，参与团队的培训工作，并确保员工都在统一水平线上。必要的时候也需要参加培训。
6.  Contributes to the hotel and team by sharing new ideas and suggestions for improvements, being innovative and creative to provide quality service and customer care to team members and guests.

岗位要求
1.University graduate, excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.
大学本科，良好的中英文读写能力。
2.3 or 5 years of extensive Front office operating experience.
三至五年相关前厅部管理经验。
3.Good understanding of hotel operations, practices and procedures.
了解酒店运营模式及程序。
4.  Good computer skills in most commonly used programs, i.e. Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
掌握电脑技巧，熟练操作 Microsoft Office, Excel 和 PowerPoint 等办公软件。
5.Onq PM skills. Knowledgeable about FD C/I,C/O procedures.
熟悉Onq 操作系统，掌握前台登记，离店手续等。
6. Good language skills (ie. English and Mandarin), both verbal and written.
具有良好的口头和书面沟通技巧。
