RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Continues to ensure meeting the Training Coordinator’s job requirement.
继续执行培训协调员的岗位职责。

· Assists in following up all training administration preparation including nomination list, attendance list, training materials and maintaining training room booking availability.
协助跟进所有培训准备工作包括报名表、签到表、培训资料及培训教室预定。

·Assists in sending out training invitation emails or memo and following up with the training confirmation.
协助发送培训邀请，并跟进培训确认。

·Assists to confirm all training dates, times, agenda and venue, and ensure all training programs are running smoothly according to the schedule.
协助确认所有培训日期、时间、地点和日程安排，并确保所有培训项目根据计划顺利开展。

· Assists in the preparation of the annual Training Plan, Training Budgeting, Training Analysis and Learning & Development Executive Summary, to ensure the objectives fully address the business objectives of the Hotel and Training Department.
协助制定年度的培训计划、培训预算、培训分析和学习发展执行概要，确保充分体现酒店及培训部的营业目标。

· Ensures and maintaining all training assets including training materials, books, videos, journals, audio visual materials, equipment and gifts are properly recorded.

· Designs, produces and implements training programs which meet specific departmental needs in conjunction with Department Heads, ensuring that training session plans are structured and that training is effective.

· Assists Department Trainers in preparing and conducting departmental training and assess accordingly.

· Coaches, counsels and disciplines team members, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.

· Regularly communicates with team members and maintains good relations.

· Assists in implementing team members recognition programs.
