岗位职责
1、熟知菜单、食品配方及其它方面的知识，以向客人推荐各种食品及饮料。
2、清洁并擦亮所有器皿。
3、保持工作场地及餐具室内物品的齐全、干净、整洁。
4、添加所需的布品及操作设备。
5、从仓库内领取物品。
6、根据标准的手册来完成服务工作。
7、根据餐厅的规定来摆放餐桌。
8、结束服务后，要清理所有的饭菜，并清洁桌面。
岗位要求
1. 中技（中专/技校/职高）及以上学历，专业不限，但餐饮服务相关专业优先。2. 具备1年以上的餐饮服务工作经验，熟悉餐饮服务流程与规范。
3. 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，能够热情、耐心地与顾客交流。
4. 身体健康，形象良好，能够适应餐饮行业的工作节奏与环境。
