【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店设施设备的日常检查、维护和保养工作，确保设备正常运行；
2、及时处理酒店内各类设施设备的故障报修，快速响应并解决问题；
3、定期对酒店水电系统、空调系统、消防系统等进行巡检，排除安全隐患；
4、协助完成酒店小型工程改造及设备安装工作；
5、做好维修记录，定期汇总上报维修情况；
6、遵守安全操作规程，确保维修作业安全。
【岗位要求】
1、具备基本的维修技能，熟悉水电、空调、消防等系统的基本原理；
2、动手能力强，能独立完成常见设施设备的维修工作；
3、工作认真负责，具备良好的服务意识和团队协作精神；
4、能适应倒班工作制，具备较强的应急处理能力；
5、持有相关职业资格证书者优先考虑。
