岗位职责
1、落实岗位责任制和运行规程，确保所管辖的水暖、空调、锅炉、制冷系统的正常运行。
2、实施管理范围内设备的维修保养计划，保证这些计划按预定的规范要求，按时按质完成。
3、对酒店改造工程，外包大修工程应积极组织人员密切配合，保证施工质量与进度。
4、制定本班组的备品、备件计划。
5、检查所辖范围内的设备运行状况、环境卫生、安全保障，杜绝非公务人员进入机房，保证设备安全。
6、组织实施工程部领导的运行调度指令和日常维修改造指令，并监督、检查完成情况。
岗位要求
1、从事同岗位设备管理工作3年以上。
2、有强烈的事业心与责任感，对工作一丝不苟，任劳任怨。
3、具有空调、锅炉、制冷等系统设备的操作维护、管理知识。
4、具有协调运行班组人员关系、合理调配人力和一定的组织管理能力。
