【岗位职责】
1、 及时催收应收帐款，以确保信贷部的操作顺利而高效。
2、 监督应收帐款主管的工作；确保所有挂帐的帐户都通过相应的信贷控制程序。
3、 审核每日宾客余额的报表，并采取必要的程序进行收帐；追踪，执行帐龄报表。
4、 对于信贷申请，提供必要信息；以黑名单的形式列出付款信誉差的个人，旅行社，并传阅给相关部门以确保这些被列者不再享有信誉保证。
5、 根据酒店有关程序进行收帐。
6、 确保应收帐款的分录与总帐一致。
7、对于不能收回的帐款与相应的客户协调。
8、 调查退回的支票并跟踪其款项的收回。
【岗位要求】
1、财务或工商管理相关专业，或同等学历。具有3年以上财务应收管理经验优先。
2、具备信贷与应收款方面的政策及程序的应用知识。
3、具有出色的沟通协调能力，擅长人际交往，抗压能力强。
4、具有良好的服务意识。
5、行政功底扎实，有创新意识，积极主动。
6、电脑操作熟练。
