【岗位职责】
1、协助负责餐饮部的日常运营管理，制定并执行部门工作计划、预算及成本控制方案，确保营收与利润目标达成。
2、监督并优化餐饮服务流程，包括但不限于点餐、送餐、宴会服务、酒水管理等，保证服务质量符合五星级酒店标准。
3、确保餐饮部所有相关客户服务的顺利、高效运作，达到客户满意度，同时遵守酒店所要求的服务标准，并以身作则。
4、遵循人力资源部的规章制度管来合理安排家庭成员，以及团队激励，培训团队凝聚力，提升员工专业素质与服务水平。
5、与厨房管控食品卫生安全及消防安全，确保餐厅、仓库等区域符合国家与行业规范，定期开展安全检查与培训。
6、处理宾客投诉与突发事件，维护良好宾客关系，提升客户满意度及酒店口碑。
7、协调与其他部门（如市场销售部、客房部、工程部等）的工作衔接，保证大型宴会、会议、团队用餐等活动的顺利开展。
【岗位要求】
1、大专以上学历、有2-5年餐饮部管理经验，但需具备扎实的餐饮管理知识，熟悉酒店餐饮运营全流程。
2、拥有优秀的团队领导力、沟通协调能力及抗压能力，能有效调动员工积极性。
3、熟悉食品安全、成本控制、收益管理等关键模块，具备数据分析与问题解决能力。
4、具备客户服务意识，擅长处理突发状况及客户关系维护。
5、品行端正，无不良记录，工作责任心强，能适应灵活排班（含节假日及晚班）。
6、有相关岗位经验者优先考虑，但并非硬性要求，我们将为优秀应聘者提供系统培训与发展空间。
