【岗位职责】
1、全面负责前台日常运营管理，监督并指导前台员工高效完成入住、退房、预订、问询等接待工作。
2、制定并执行前台服务标准与流程，确保宾客满意度，及时处理宾客投诉及突发事件。
3、合理排班，协调前台与客房、销售、餐饮等部门的沟通协作，保障酒店整体服务品质。
4、负责前台员工的培训、考核与团队建设，提升员工业务能力及服务意识。
5、定期汇总前台运营数据，分析入住率、客户反馈等，向上级提出改进建议。
6、维护前台区域的整洁与秩序，确保设备设施正常运转及物资库存充足。
【岗位要求】
1、具备良好的沟通协调能力与服务意识，能妥善处理宾客问题及内部事务。
2、熟悉酒店前台操作流程，至少2年以上酒店前台工作经验，有管理经验者优先。
3、熟练使用酒店前台系统及常用办公软件，具备基础英文交流能力者优先。
4、工作细致严谨，责任心强，能适应倒班制工作安排。
5、形象气质佳，性格开朗，具备团队合作精神及抗压能力。
