【岗位职责】
1. 负责中餐厅及宴会厅的日常运营管理，确保服务流程符合酒店标准，提升顾客用餐体验。
2. 统筹宴会、会议等活动的现场布置、菜品衔接及人员调度，保障活动顺利进行。
3. 督导服务员执行礼仪规范及卫生安全要求，定期组织岗位技能培训。
4. 处理客户投诉及突发状况，维护餐厅秩序，及时反馈上级并跟进整改。
5. 协助制定餐厅/宴会月度工作计划，监督物料库存，控制运营成本。
6. 配合市场部完成节假日促销活动方案的实施，收集客户意见以优化服务。
【岗位要求】
1. 学历高中，具备中餐服务或酒店行业工作经验者优先，无经验者可提供岗前培训。
2. 40岁以下，沟通表达清晰，具备基础团队协调能力与抗压性。
3. 熟悉中餐礼仪及宴会服务流程，对餐饮卫生标准有基本认知。
4. 服务意识强，能适应快节奏工作及轮班制（含周末、节假日）。
5. 具备主动学习态度，能通过酒店内部考核提升专业技能。
6. 身体健康，持有有效健康证（入职前需办理）。
计算机能力：一般年龄要求：40岁以下
