岗位职责
1、督导员工自觉遵守交通规则和各项规章制度。
2、负责车队的全部经营管理工作。
3、组织司机学习交通法规，教育司机合理使用原材料，加强车队经营核算；及时、公正，按规定分清责任处理好交通事故，对重大交通事故，准确及时报告前厅部经理。
4、组织车队员工业务培训，不断提高安全行车水平和技术水平。
5、制定车辆的维修保养计划，落实车辆安排，对于车辆的三级保养及大修，要向前厅部经理提出报告；说明车辆保养及维修的具体时间，修理所需金额等，待获批准后方可施行。
6、对于违反操作规程所造成的车辆损坏要追究责任并将处理报告交前厅部经理审查。
7、负责处理本部门的日常业务运作，对车辆安全行驶、维护保养、营运效益、节能、延长车辆使用寿命等负主要责任。

3、熟悉当地路况；
4、爱岗敬业以及较强的安全防范意识
