DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  职责和义务
 
1.        To
execute all works assigned in accordance with the guideline and policies and procedures,
especially in relation to fire and life safety.
按照饭店指导原则，规定和标准程序开展工作，特别要注意与消防生命安全程序的有关项目。
2.        To
execute preventive maintenance and repair in accordance with the guideline by
engineer and manufacturer's recommendations.
开展预防维护工作以及按照工程师的指令和生产商建议维修设备。。
3.        To
perform emergency duties as per outlined under emergency procedure.
在紧急情况下按照紧急程序开展工作
4.        To
familiar with all the electrical power distribution and lighting systems, its
operating requirement and characteristics, so as to operate in strict
compliance with requirement
了解掌握饭店配电和灯光系统以及设备的运行要求和特性，严格按照设备要求和特性操作设备
5.        To
attend on the job training
进行在岗培训
6.        To
operate and maintain the steam boiler system and its associated M&E
equipment as per manufacturer procedures and instructions.
根据蒸汽锅炉及其相关机电设备的操作规定，运行及保养该系统。
7.        To
carry out water treatment and water sampling test as per water treatment
consultant procedures and instructions.
根据程序对锅炉水质进行处理并做好水样测试。
8.        To
carry out routine flushing of the water level sight glass as per instruction.
根据要求对水位进行目测。
9.        To
be familiar with the Emergency procedures and action to be taken.
熟悉紧急程序及必要时所要采取的行动。
10.    To
carry out repair work so as to minimize energy wastage such as steam/water  leak, damaged thermal insulation, malfunction
of steam traps , etc.
做一些维修工作，如蒸汽泄漏/漏水，热绝缘体损坏维修，蒸汽阀的故障维修等以确保将能源浪费控制在最小范围内。
11.  To monitor and record the gas or diesel oil
consumption per shift. 
每班都必须将用气、柴油的消耗量统计登记。
12.  To participate in the annual
overhauling of the boiler unit under the supervision of the engineer and
assisting in the annual inspection done by the Labour Bureau.
13. To practice SGSS during course of
duty.

14.    To execute preventive maintenance and repair in accordance with

按照工程师的要求和设备的说明书对空调机组进行预防性的维修和保养。

16.     To familiar with the
HVAC system, its operating requirement and characteristics, so as to operate in
strict compliance with requirement.
熟悉整个中央空调系统的操作和设备特性，在操作过程中严格按照规程序执行。
17.     To attend to guest request and
complaints promptly and efficiently to avoid inconvenience or discomfort
对客人要求和投诉及时做出反应避免造成客人不便或不安
18.     To practice and make
recommendations to engineer on energy conservation improvement
在节能方面进行执行和提出合理改良建议
19.     To perform all other duties as may
be assigned by Chief Engineer, Engineer Manager.
执行工程部总监、经理安排的其它工作
20.     To assist the other trades where
is requested
必要时帮助工程部其它工种组工作
21.    To
inspect all electrical systems and make operation status records as per
inspection list. To correct and report operation deficiency, unusual events and
safety hazards conditions to engineer. To constantly assess the preventive maintenance
schedule, method of maintenance, to ensure that equipment longevity, avoidance of
repairs and down time, ease of operation, and efficiency are all being
maximized pursuant to manufacturing recommendations
按照工作检查表检查强电设备运行情况并做好记录工作。维修和上报设备运行缺陷，不寻常的运行情况和安全隐患。经常回顾预防维修检查表和维护方式，保证设备长期稳定的运行，避免紧急修理和故障停机，安全运行，根据生产手册高效运行
22.    To
maintain tools and equipment properly and keep the workplace cleans and tidy.
保持维修工具，设备和工作区域的清洁。
23.    To
perform shift and overtime duties when necessary.
开展本班次工作和必要时延时工。
24.    To
coordinate with property and electrical bureau for power switching and annual
inspection and instruments calibration..
做好饭店和电业局的协调工作，保证饭店电力转换，年检和设备检定工作。
25.    To
monitor preventive maintenance works done by elevator/escalator contractors.
对电梯/扶梯维修人员工作进行管理。
26.  Abide by the Himalayas Qingdao Hotel Code of Conduct.
遵守青岛证大喜玛拉雅酒店商业行为规范。
27.  Abide by both the hotel and Himalayas Qingdao Hotel policies and
procedures.
遵守饭店和青岛证大喜玛拉雅酒店的政策及执行程序。
28. To ensure everything is working on the
premise of guest satisfaction, assist department  
    improve
the quality of the guest services.
    确保一切工作以客人满意度为前提，协助各部门提高对客服务质量。
29.  Abide by the Himalayas Qingdao Hotel Associates Handbook.

JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求
 
1.        Good
knowledge and hand on skills of electrical system operation, repair and maintenance.
良好强电知识和全面掌握电力设备运行，维修和维护技能。
2.        Knowledge
and hand on skill of maintenance of electrical motor
具有电机维护保养的知识和能力。
3.        Have
working experience in electrical system preferably with hospitality industry.
具有在饭店作电工的工作经验。
4.        Valid documents Construction
Industry Holding National Accreditation Board
     持国家认可的特种行业有效证件上岗
5.        Plumbing skill.
管道安装、检修技术。
6.        Have working experience as boiler operator.
具有锅炉操作经验和技巧。
7.        Good knowledge and hand on skills of HVAC system operation, repair
and maintenance.
熟悉中央空调系统，掌握中央空调的操作规程和维修保养程序。
8.        Knowledge and skill of repair and maintenance of refrigeration system,
cold room, etc.
精通冷冻系统和冷藏室的维修和保养工作。
9.        Knowledge of chiller operation and maintenance.
熟练操作冷水机组并懂得如何进行维修保养。
10.    Have working experience in HVAC system preferably with hotel.
具有中央空调系统的工作经验，有在酒店工作经验者优先。
