岗位职责：
1、品牌战略与体验体系：负责品牌体系搭建与优化，定义品牌定位与视觉体系，塑造差异化品牌标签。
2、市场分析与客群定位：深入调研文旅趋势、竞品及目标客群（如亲子、康养、会议），定期出具分析报告，据此制定品牌战略与推广计划。
3、整合营销与活动策划：策划执行年度品牌营销活动，如节庆主题活动、文旅体验、异业合作等，负责从创意、预算到落地的全流程。
4、内容创作与新媒体运营：运营抖音、小红书等新媒体矩阵，独立产出图文/短视频内容，把控视觉物料质量，并结合在地文化进行品牌叙事。
5、数据监测与效果优化：跟踪分析播放量、转化率等数据，评估营销活动效果；同时监测品牌舆情，处理公关危机。
6、渠道拓展与媒体关系：开拓并维护与媒体、KOL、OTA的关系，策划媒体活动并审核文稿，维护良好品牌形象。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，5年以上酒店或旅游度假区品牌策划经验。
2、良好品牌策划、新媒体运营及数据分析能力，具有敏锐捕捉文旅热点并快速转化落地能力。
计算机能力：良好年龄要求：30-40岁
