transmitted to PSB every morning without

确保所有客人的信息输入到公安局的电脑系统，并在规定时间将信息正确无误的发送到公安机关。
 Chinese guest check in 
with ID card, PSB attendant should assist receptionist to scan the guest ID 
card, and input the room No. and Departure 
date.
客人持身份证登记入住，PSB系统文员需将身份证扫描，并输入客人的房间号码及离店日期。
 PSB attendant print 
name list of departure guest and checked out guest in PSB system in 
time.
每日打印一份离店客人名单，在公安局出入境管理系统中及时将离店客人退房。
 PSB attendant should modify 
and update the information in scanner and transfer to PSB 
system.
PSB系统文员及时将扫描仪中的信息修改并转入到公安局出入境管理系统。
 PSB attendant should enter in 
the PSB system again and ensure that if the information is transferred 
successful and update correctly in 
time.
PSB系统文员要根据RC单（持身份证登记的客人）再次进入公安局出入境管理系统，查询确认是否成功转入。
 Foreign guest 
check in with passport or other valid certification, PSB attendant input the 
information directly to the PSB system and transfers in 
time.
持护照及其它有效证件登记的客人，PSB系统文员及时将信息按标准输入公安局出入境管理系统，并检查后及时上传。
 PSB staff 
should sign each RC which has been inspected and input to the system. The 
afternoon shift leader should make sure the equality of the No. of RC and total 
arrived guest. The supervisor will check 30 records at random, and signature is 
requested. The FOM or AFOM should check and monitor frequently every 
day.
每一张检验及输入进公安局出入境管理系统的RC单，PSB系统文员要签字确认。中班前台领班核对当日共到店客人人数与RC单张数是否一致，主管每天从Opera系统中打出in 
house 报表选其中30间在PSB系统中复查后在上传记录本上签字。前厅部经理或前厅部副经理也将每天到前台抽查公安局出入境信息上传情况。
  
Ensure to modify guest profile accurately in PMS by guest ID or Passport 
information after check-in.
在客人入住登记之后，依据客人证件或护照信息，更新系统中宾客资料。
