Director of Catering 宴会销售总监

Responsible in achieving the Catering and Banquetsales objectives and revenue goal of the hotel.负责完成餐饮宴会销售目标和饭店的收入目标。
Develops strong rapport and builds businessrelationship with local customer base through sales and customer interviews.通过与客户的沟通，并与本地客户建立牢固的合作和商业伙伴关系。
Assists the Director of Sales & Marketing in thedevelopment of Sales & Marketing plan and in budget preparation.协助市场销售总监制订销售市场计划及预算。
Manages and administers the Catering and Banquetsales department to ensure smooth operation and all daily tasks are completedaccording to standard and in time.管理并协助宴会销售部，确保顺畅运作，及时有效的完成每日工作任务
