Develop Ecommerce strategies and best practices for the hotel web site such as content management (using The Editor – Hyatt’s proprietary CMS tool) and traffic driving tactics and strategies

Work with and manage agency for mini-site development projects as necessary/needed – for F&B, weddings, and so on.

Work closely with Marketing Communication managers to website content for all hotel websites is relevant, up to date and optimised.

会见电子商务行业代表如供应商、代理、媒体如百度等，为最佳实施方案获取观点意见。

Meet with digital and Ecommerce industry representatives (i.e. vendors, agencies, media partners such as Baidu, and so on. if necessary) to gain insight to best practices.

作为主要联系人，与所有电子商务供应商和代理建立良好的合作关系。基于凯悦集团办公室和代理的合作规定，定期保持与代理的沟通。

Develop and build strong working relationships with vendors and agency partners – serve as primary point of contact for all digital marketing/E-Commerce vendors and agencies. Frequency of agency contact will be determined based on the scope of work outlined between the agency and Hyatt’s corporate office.
