1.开展广泛的竞争者调查,保持对酒店产品的良好认知。
Conductsextensive competitor research and maintains excellent Product Knowledge of the Hotel.
2.持续监查和评估本地、国内和国际市场趋势以及竞争酒店的销售活动,以确保酒店的销售保持竞争力和领先地位。
Constantlymonitors and evaluates local, national and international market trends, and thecompetitor hotels’ sales initiatives, in order to make sure the hotel’s salesremain competitive and cutting edge.
3.通过电话销售、对客合同和书面交流,保证酒店的广泛认知度。
Ensures a high levelof exposure for Hotel through direct sales solicitation via telephone,contracts and written communications.
4.确保电话销售活动使用了专业的凯悦咨询式销售原则和销售锦囊策略。
Ensuresprofessional sales Calls using Hyatt’s Consultative Selling principles and DCP Sellingphilosophies.
5.针对明确的目标谨慎计划销售拜访。
Carefullyplans Sales Calls into defined objectives.
6.保持对酒店及海南富力海洋欢乐世界的设施、特色和服务的详细认知。
Maintainsa detailed knowledge of Hotel and Hainan R&F Ocean Paradise’s facilities,features and services.
7.进行广泛的竞争酒店调查,保持对酒店信息的详细认知。
Conducts extensive competitor researches and maintainsexcellent Product Knowledge of the hotel.
8.系统地、有效地对被指派的分区中指定的客户进行分析并且将发现和商业机会向销售总监进行报告。
Ensuressystematically and efficiently calls on allocated Accounts within location andreports findings and opportunities to Director of Sales.
9.预估和指定销售机会,运用资料库制定适合有效的销售策略以增加酒店市场份额。
Pre-qualifiesand targets prospects, utilising Envision database and develops appropriate and effective salessolicitation strategies to increase hotel’s market share.
10.通过专业的常规电话销售活动和跟进发展新的商业机会。
Professionallyconducts routine telemarketing activities to identify new businessopportunities. Follows up sales leads to identify prospect.
11.在重要客人入住和离店时会见和问候客人。
Meetsand greets VIP guests upon arrival/ departure.
12.对现有和潜在的客户进行销售拜访以获取新的商业机会。
Plansand makes Sales trips to the parties concerned which is our current andpotential clientele to explore into new business opportunities.
13. 根据要求向有关的客户代表介绍酒店并招待客户。
Entertainsand conducts hotel inspections to relevant representatives/ delegates wheneverrequired.
14.建立良好的关系以寻求获取既定的宴会会议活动方面的信息资源。
Establishesstrong contacts to source for information in regard to planned and up comingfunctions/ events.
15.协助销售人员跟进其缺席时的所有事务。
AssistsSales Buddy to follow-up on all matters in the absence of Sales Buddy.
16.通过恰当的灵活机动和精简程序的方式致力于提高生产力。
Reviewsand constantly seeks Productivity level improvements through the process of“taking work out of the system” (when appropriate) and thorough streamlining ofwork process.
17.执行市场营销计划中列明的相关责任区域中的销售行动计划。
Implements all salesaction plans related to responsibility areas as outlined in the Marketing plan.
