【任职资格Qualification】
1.人力资源、服务业、酒店管理等相关大专或本科及以上学历。
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HR or Hospitality/Tourism management.
2.至少一年人力资源副理或大规模酒店人力资源主管经验。
Minimum 1 year work experience as Assistant Manager - HR or HR Officer in larger operation.
3.良好的问题解决能力、人际交流技巧及行政能力。
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Maintains close relationship with academic institutions and hotel schools.
5.保存所有求职申请，筛选并面试合适人选。
Maintainsall applications, screen and interview applicants suitable for positions.
6.协助对员工关系、工资和福利以及招聘活动的发展、执行和管理工作。
Assists with the development, implementation andadministration of associate relations, benefit and compensation, andrecruitment programs.
