主要职责
Main Duties
1. 帮助监控物料部所有的成本，起草并完善控制手段。
Assists to monitor all cost in the MaterialsDepartment and initiates and maintains measures to control these.
2.协助财务部总监和物料部经理准备并按时更新物料部预算，确保达到目标的同时有效地控制成本。
Assists the Director of Finance and MaterialsManager with the preparation and regular update of the Materials DepartmentalBudget and ensuring that targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.
3.通过申购单帮助并协调各部门负责人对有关产品的需求和规格要求，保存申购单和物料单的文档记录。
Assists and coordinates all product and purchasespecifications from the various heads of department by means of a purchaserequest (PR) and maintains files of these purchase requests together withpurchase orders (PO).
4.从不同供货渠道取得3家报价，确保为各部门物料的物品质优价廉。
Acquires three (3) price quotations from varioussources to determine the lowest cost while maintaining the best quality for anyitem(s) requested by the different departments.
5.整合物料、收货及发货事宜，协调所需物料的食品及饮料的规格。
Coordinates purchase specifications for food andbeverage in conjunction with Materials, receiving, and issuing.
6.确保物料部遵守公司所有政策、程序及最低标准。
Ensures that all company policies, procedures andminimum standards are adhered to in the Materials Department.
7.为所有库存货品挑选可靠的长期供货商，每周或每两周取得一次日用品和其他食品和饮料的价格单。
Selects reliable regular suppliers for allinventory items and obtains weekly or bi-weekly price list for daily produceand other food and beverage items.
8. 帮助面试供货商和商务代表，获取所需产品的规格、报价和其他信息。
Assiststo conduct interviews with suppliers, representatives and obtains information,specifications and quotations on any item required.
9.处理所有信件，按照酒店利益最大化原则谈判并物料。
Handlesall correspondence, negotiation and procurement to the best advantage of thehotel.
任职资格：
Qualification:
1.了解物品物料的知识；
Knowledge of supplies;
2.至少两年作为国际品牌酒店物料员或更高职位的工作经验。
At least 2 years of working experience as Purchaser or higher in the hospitality industry.
