MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 责任概要 :
The F&B Sales Manager handles the business of each F&B outlets in house. Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of F&B /F&B Manager in coordination with the Director of Operations, he/she implements all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in his/her specific area of responsibility. Build and maintain a quality database to broaden market reach and generate customer loyalty. Create awareness and build restaurants reputation in the local market.
餐饮销售经理负责酒店内各个餐厅的生意业务,在餐饮总监/餐厅经理督导下与营运总监进行良好合作并推广所有销售促销活动、尽可能多地争取餐饮生意机会。建立并维护高品质客户关系,以此拓宽市场占有率和培养增强客户忠诚度,同时需要在当地市场树立品牌认知、建立良好餐饮口碑。
The F&B Sales Manager’s mission is to primarily promote the hotel and its outlets and achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company. The performance of the Food & Beverage Sales Manager will be solely based on the results of the hotel.

SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务 :
- Implement all sales action plans related to the respective market as outlined in sales action plan with supervision under Director of F&B/F&B Manager.
在餐饮总监或餐饮经理的督导下,制定每周及每月餐饮销售计划,执行相应的餐饮销售活动.
- Ensure that the invoicing effectively corresponds to all services agreed upon and rendered.
确保对能对商品价格进行有效估价,尽可能地符合客人的意愿,将酒店服务做到最好。
- Maximise F&B revenue through each upsell opportunitie whenever possible.
同时尽一切可能最大化增加餐饮销售额。
- Promote the hotel as often as possible through entertaining, conduction, site inspections, and presentation hotel etc.
通过热情招待、加强交流、定点拜访、酒店介绍等销售技巧,提高销售业绩,促进酒店经营发展。
- Pay visits to former, existing and potential clients in view of entering into contracts with them, especially commercial accounts.
保持与酒店老客户、现有及潜在客户之间的联系,尤其是商业合作上的联系。
- Organize regular visits in accordance to a predetermined plan and maintain relationship well with customers.
根据预定计划组织定期的客户拜访,与客户保持良好关系。
- Meet and accompany any top key accounts, VIP guests upon arrival to ensure statisfaction.
在主要客户及贵宾到店时欢迎其光临,并做好在店内的接待工作。
- Provide after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary.
提供完善的售后服务,确保妥善处理所有客人投诉,如需要可与相关部门进行商讨沟通。
- Keep himself/herself well informed about the operations of all outlets especially in key departments.
始终了解各餐厅的运营信息,尤掌握酒店重要部门的信息更新。
- Keep a record on former, existing, potential F&B guests and make a profile of them by well using guest database tool.
记录酒店老客户、目前及潜在客户的信息资料并整理归档,以便更好使用客人资料管理工具。
- Prepare a tentative monthly schedule to record all sales and other related actives for the preceding month.
负责记录部门所有销售及其他相关活动,为制定下月暂行月度安排表做好准备。
- Approach guests in each F&B outlets & Executive Lounge on daily basis with the specific target guests number.
制定每日接待店内客户数量,积极接触餐厅及行政酒廊的客人,挖掘潜在需求建立合作关系.
- Collect guests feedback and organize coordination meeting with F&B team for sharing & improvement purpose on weekly basis or whenever necessary.
及时收集客户反馈,每周或在任何必要情况下与餐饮部门分享信息,便于提高和改进。
- Get and well known all information of market by using competitor awareness tool, especially key F&B competitors, its production and related promotions and report to DOFB/FBM in a timely manner.
利用竞争对手分析工具了解并熟悉竞争对手相关产品信息,特别是重点客户及相应产量,密切监控竞争对手动态,并定期及时向餐饮总监/餐饮经理汇报。
- Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through sales call or joint sales call, telephone, fax, and written communications.
通过直接销售拜访、联合销售拜访、电话销售、通信等方式努力将酒店主要市场保持在一个高水准的位置。
- Record all daily sales calls.
记录日常销售拜访记录。
- Submit production reports on his/her list of accounts on a monthly basis.
将个人绩效报告记录在月度财务报告单上.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。
- The management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her / his employment.
