Job Description 岗位职责

1. Makes record of staff number by updating newly recruited and separation staff, and well control the headcount based on the manning budget.

根据人员编制预算，统计和控制各部门人员，更新招聘及解聘记录。

2. Deals with all personnel change application, such as promotion, demotion, transfer, salary adjustment and the following work after approval.

处理所有人事变动申请（升职、降职、调职、工资调整等），及审批后的后续工作。

3. Responsible for staff probation and contract renewal appraisal as well as the following work (Probation confirmation or termination, renew or end contract).

负责员工试用期、合同期满的评估及后续更进工作（试用期转正、解雇及续签、终止合同等）。

4. Closely cooperates with Paymaster in the area of salary payment etc.

与薪酬主任密切合作，做好员工薪资方面的工作。

5. Makes record and controls annual leave.

年假的登记和管理。

6. Staff discipline action recording.

员工违纪情况的登记。

7. Prepares and issues certifications staff required and practicum certifications for trainees.

准备和审发员工所需证明和实习生的实习证明

8. Handling employment and separation registration and managing employees’ social files.

负责劳动部门的招、退工手续，管理员工的社会档案

9. Responsible for pension and non-citizen employees’ insurance and housing fund and related matters.

本地员工养老金和外地员工的保险及公积金等相关事务

10. Assist in preparing monthly personnel report and other related HR forms.

协助准备人事方面的月报及其他报表。

11. Assist in organizing staff activities.

协助组织员工活动。

岗位要求

1. Over 24 years old

年龄在24岁以上

2. Fluent written English, and can communicate orally

英语书面语流利，口语可以交流

3. Good computer skills

良好的电脑技能

4. 2 years supervisory experience in HR， 1 year HR experience in hotel industry，familiar with hotel HR daily work procedure

二年以上人事管理工作经验，一年以上酒店行业人力资源部工作经验，熟悉酒店业人事方面日常工作的操作程序

5. Can complete each work task designated in the above Job Description independently with good communication & coordination capability.

能独立完成上述工作职责规定的各项任务,并具有良好的沟通及协调能力。

6. Work earnestly，responsibly and carefully, must avoid the serious mistake.

责任心强，工作认真细致，不能发生原则性或严重的错误。
