Job Description 岗位职责：
1. To assist Management in increasing the Hotel’s profitability.
帮助管理层增加饭店的利润。
2. To assist guests and ensure their stays at hotel are comfortable and an experience to remember.
帮助客人，使其在酒店入住期间感觉舒适并且对饭店留有美好的印象。
3. Contribute to overall operational efficiency by performing relevant duties as assigned.
履行所分配的职责， 尽自己所能提高工作效率。
4. Monitor guest service personnel constantly, ensuring that at all times maximum guest satisfaction is being achieved through guest recognition and prompt cordial attention.
要不断地提高对客服务水平，以确保得到客人最大程度的满足。
5. Establish good public relationship with all guests.
同客人建立良好的公共关系。
6. Provide guests with the most accurate and up to date information at all times.
要向客人提供最新，最准确的信息。
7. Proficient in daily work, which is including check in, check-out, foreign currency exchange, wake-up services, Ensure that all are correct
熟练地办理入住，退房，外币兑换，叫醒等服务，确保正确无误。
Position Requirement 岗位要求：
1.  College education, major in Hospitality or Tourism management or other related majors.
学历要求：  大专以上学历，服务专业或旅游管理专业或其他相关专业；
2.  Front Office experiences or one year and above Front Desk experiences.
资历要求：  有前厅工作经验或从事前台1年以上的工作经验；
3. College English level, familiar with Opera or Fidelio system, be good at Microsoft Office.
工作技能：   大学英语，擅长Opera 或 Fidelio 的操作，应用Microsoft Office 软件；
4. Enthusiasm in work, carefulness
个人素质：   积极敬业，工作认真细致；
5. Good communication and coordination ability, and good team spirit.
个人能力：   具备较强的沟通，协调能力及团队合作精神。
