Job Description 岗位职责：
1. Assist the GM to carry out the safety work
协助总经理，落实酒店治安，消防等安全工作
2.	Establish good communication and good will with informal leaders and relevant members of local community 
与非正式团体领导人和本地协会的相关成员建立良好的关系和合作意向
3.	Manage the develop and implementation of departmental standards
负责部门标准的发展和实施 
4.	Ensure all patrolling, inspection and escort duties are performed to a high standard
确保高标准地完成所有的巡视，检查和陪同工作
5.	Supervise emergency drills
监督紧急事件演习
6.	Oversee the security department including layout of security personnel and their detailed and regular training
监督整个保安部门，包括每个保安部员工的详细情况和日常培训
7.	 Perform leadership training for all senior security personnel
对所有的保安部员工进行领导能力培训
8.	 Check and analyze all incoming reports to formalize action plan
检查和分析所有收到的报告，并制定具体行动计划
9.	Manage the security department effectively and evaluate the security problems effectively.
能够有效地管理保安部门，对酒店存在的安全问题进行有效的评估。
10.	Have a detailed work plan and can  operate the plan 
能够制定详细的工作计划，并保证计划的有效和实施。
Position Requirement 岗位要求：
1. Knowledge of hotel fire and life safety systems.
熟悉酒店内的消防救生系统。
2. General management and leadership skills.
具有管理才能。
3. Thorough understanding of the rules and regulations of other local government  authorities pertaining to the licensing and operation of hotels.
熟悉当地政府机构制定的有关酒店各类许可及运营的规章制度。
4. At least 5 years in international hotel Security Supervisor experience
至少有5年从事国际品牌 酒店的工作经验。
