The Opportunity:
We are seeking an accomplished Director of Sales and Marketing to position 1 Hotel Sanya as the premier luxury destination in the market. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in the luxury hotel industry, capable of balancing high-level planning with hands-on leadership. You will lead and develop a talented sales team, drive demand through innovative B2B strategies, and elevate our brand’s position locally and globally.

Key Responsibilities: 
· Lead and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
· Develop and execute strategic initiatives to position 1 Hotel Sanya as the leading luxury hotel in the region.
· Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners, corporate accounts, and luxury travel networks.
· Lead the creation and implementation of targeted marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
· Maintain a hands-on approach, actively participating in key sales negotiations, branding initiatives, and market activities.
· Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance metrics to drive revenue growth and market share.
· Collaborate across departments to ensure a cohesive and compelling guest experience aligned with our brand values.
