Reporting to the General Manager, the Centre Manager incumbent heads upour acclaimed ecosystem of premium workspaces and concepts in the iconic WorldFinancial Center, Beijing.
With that in mind, the SuccessfulCandidate
· Works closely with General Manager to manage the P&L and drive profitability
· Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders in the market- agents, landlords, service providers and clients.
· Overall responsible for all in-house commercial activities, includingbut not limiting to handling renewal of existing clients’ leasing contracts, optimizingmeeting rooms, general services income and all current or potential areas ofrevenue.
· Oversees the operations in accordance with the Company’s operating andservice standards on the following aspects such as, building management, centreoperational readiness, service excellence and inventory management.
· Collaborates with the HQ Management to institutionalize policies,procedures and best practices.
· Champions all customer engagement activities to promote clientsatisfaction and retention
· To undertake any other duties as assigned by the Management and supportthe company initiatives beyond the call of duty
What is Expected
· Degree in Business Related Fields
· Substantial relevant working experience and track record in a similarcapacity
· Creative visual thinker, who is exceptionally organized and alwayslooking to innovate and push the envelope.
· Effervescent, driven personality with passion, interest, conviction, anddiscerning abilities to build up a strong commercial and operational team.
· Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English andMandarin.
