ROLE SUMMARY
The overall scope of the job includes serving food and beverages to guests, providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with the standards of Hudson in order to encourage sales and maximize guest satisfaction.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
l Provide guest services and administrative / operational support
l Identify VIPs through very detailed research on CIS, and various websites.
l Prepare VIP arrival and departure.
l Attend training sessions and meetings as and when required.
l Greeting and checking-in member, and ensuring that they are met personally by oneself
l Handle guest complaints in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved quickly and satisfactorily.
l Personally and frequently verify that member are receiving the best possible service during their stay.
l Ensure that guest history records are accurately maintained and all repeated guests preferences are met.
l A courteous, professional and efficient service is provided at all times.
l All duties and tasks are performed as per the tasks required at the TCS.
l Be knowledgeable of all services and products offered by TCS.
l Have the knowledge and understanding to explain and perform up-selling all items offered by TCS as well as offering alternatives.
l Monitor operating supplies, equipment and reduce spoilage and wastage successfully.
l Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
Skill Requirements:
l Knowledge and experience in Internet and other major computer programs.
l The ability and understanding of the market and competition.
l Outgoing personality for customer and staff interaction.
l Min 1 years experiences in a similar capacity
l Passion for quality and customer satisfaction.
l Motivated by challenges, self-driven, positive and engaging attitude, bright personality and have sense of Humor.
