Food & Beverage Operations full-time interns will work at Quick Service Restaurants, Outdoor Vending and Table Service Restaurants at Shanghai Disneyland and the resort’s themed hotels. They are expected to serve visitors from all over the world with a friendly attitude and offer guests an unforgettable Disney experience.
An internship at Shanghai Disney Resort is an incredible opportunity to work at an international company and provides the chance to meet other amazing Cast Members and learn about Disney’s world-famous guest service standards. There are also potential employment opportunities for a select number of interns every year!
Note: This is a full-time internship for 2020 graduates. You must be able to commit to working 5 days per week (including weekends) for a minimum of 6 consecutive months.

There are four key positions for Food & Beverage Operations: Table Service Restaurant Cast, Quick Service Restaurant Cast, Outdoor Vending Cast and Kitchen Assistant. The main responsibilities are:
-Greeter - Greets and assists guests with whatever they may need. They provide guests with all necessary resort and restaurant information and ensure guests have an excellent experience. Greeters will also be expected to be adaptable, flexible and creative enough to provide guests with magical moments whenever possible.
-Cashier – Greets guests and takes their orders. Follows cash handling and operational procedures.
-Offer Food & Beverage services and assist guests with their questions. This role will require you to be able to work as part of a team.
