职位描述 Job description
1.负责酒店日常安全工作的监督和检查。
Daily supervise and check safety work.
2.制订班组工作计划并组织实施。
Work up and carry out working plan.
3.检查整个酒店和重点要害部位的安全情况，查处各类违纪和一般治安案件。
Check the key area of hotel’s safety situation; handle all kinds of illegal issues.
4.组织、调动保安力量处置各类突发事件。
Organize manpower to handle all kinds of accident.
5.协助公安机关侦破在酒店内发生的重大治安或刑事案件。
Assist police bureau detect all kinds of case happened in hotel.
6.协助酒店值班经理执行夜间查房和到库房领取物品等任务。
Assist MOD or Guest Service Manager during night room round, and open the storage room at night.
7.接受并查处客人有关安全方面的投诉。
Accept and handle complaint of safety problem from guest.
8.认真做好当班纪录，保证发生情况后有证可查。
Finish duty record in order to for review.
9.按期组织部门员工的培训，提高员工素质。
Organizing training for the department staff on time.
10.确保随时对各岗位进行检查和监督。
Check and supervise each duty position.
11.执行分派的任何合理任务和额外职责。
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

任职要求 Qualifications
1.高中以上文化程度。
Senior high school.
2.三年以上星级酒店保卫工作经验。
Star hotel working experience in Security Department more than 3 years.
