岗位职责/职位描述

1st primary responsibilities

1.Presentation of AccorHotels China capabilities and brands promotion;

2.Receive personal briefing of hotels / projects from senior members of hotel owning companies / developers / financiers / intermediaries who are professionals;

3.Inspect and evaluate hotels / projects and report on findings with recommendations;

4.Write effective and attractive proposals (bi-lingual capability) and follow up;

5.Prepare hotel profit / loss pro forma on spreadsheet and perform sound sensitivity tests;

6.Lead / participate in contract negotiation and work closely with AccorHotels’ lawyers to amend contract as required (high level of bi-lingual skill essential);

7.Lead in closing deals, with prior approval on deal structure;

8.Source new deals;

9.Market intelligence and market competition survey;

10.Interface with in-house Technical Services, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Finance experts as well as external real estate / building industry professionals;

11.Maintain and advance good and long-term owner relationship.


Knowledge and Experience

1.At least undergraduate degree, preferably in hotel management or business administration;

2.Must have experience of at least 3 years as a hotel developer in well known, name brand hotel management company with track record of closing substantial hotel project deals; or relevant real estate-related background;

3.Financial and legal background / experience a definite plus;

4.Specifically, proven ability in preparing hotel P&L’s and management contracts / legal documents (LOI, MOU, CA, NDA, etc.) is an integral part of the job and experience in this area would be highly relevant and valued;

5.Only for candidates on local terms;

6.To be based in AccorHotels Shanghai office, but requires frequent traveling around China.
