Primary Responsibilities
• Chase hotel financial controllers to get the financial data on time
• Assist superior for the timely preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (hotel performance)
• Prepare and check the financial reports to be uploaded in the software for Paris office
• Check the internal fees calculation and make preparation files
• Mega (Hotel database) update

2nd primary responsibilities
• Assist in external audit requests and prepare necessary work papers as required
• Assist on budgets and forecasts preparation
Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance 
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Finance Department, with hotel experience is a plus
• Skill in Excel
• Good English in listening, writing , reading and speaking

• Good team working skills and able to work effectively in a team 
• Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
• Self-motivated and energetic
