Primary Responsibilities 

·         Responsible for Greater China regional level Topline related data rollup reporting creation; analysis on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
·         Produce adhoc reports based on senior management requirement.
·         Develop data tracking and analysis models according to evolving business needs.
·         Responsible for Greater China region month end topline closing process.
·         Support the annual budget process and data preparation, communication with hotels.
·         Support hotels to setup corporate rate in ASA rate systems when there is needs.
·          Support RM systems signup including Intouch Data and EzRMS.
·         Conduct Intouch Data System training for hotel after enrollment.
·         Support Corporate sales/marketing/loyalty function heads to run business analysis report from central database if needed.
·         Liaise with Headquarter BI team on Business performance reporting system update and rollup at Greater China level.
·         Work with the Regional director of distribution & Revenue, to audit and plan availability of the hotel's room inventory across all distribution channels including PMS (Property Management System), TARS and third party web sites
·         Provide and accurate analysis towards pricing and yield management for driving both individual and group segments.
·         Ensure sufficient competitor’s intelligence related to its pricing, products and positioning in the market place.
·         Support hotels on STR compset system setup; daily reporting discrepancy follow up.
·         Audit hotel rates and packages are correctly loaded across all distribution channels timely.
·         Develop a thorough understanding of various Channels of Distribution (Web Direct and Key OTAs) and be up to date on current and prospective trends in each segment through research, provide regional director data insights to proactively develop new offer tactics and techniques aimed at maximizing yield.

Knowledge and Experience
·           Bachelor degree above with major in finance; marketing analysis; statistics.
·           Knowledge of the concepts and evaluation of market analysis processes
·           A clear understanding of hotel industry is necessary as well as analytical capabilities, experience in study cases, market research and studies with mathematical background;
·           Knowledge of the concepts and evaluation of market analysis processes.
·           Languages: Fluent in Mandarin and proficient level in English in both oral and writing.
·           Passion for revenue management with desire to develop into revenue manager role

·           Excel intermediate user (most of the formulas; database knowledge, pivot table); know excel VB programming is +.
·           Diagnosis & analysis (Analytical mind, conceptual skills, good environment understanding);
·           Share his/her conviction (Driving force, relational skills, highly committed);
·           Strive for results (Success oriented, data finder, initiate / pro-active).
·           Revenue Management working experience is plus.
