1st primary responsibilities
· Being Main contact in Greater China to receive and deliver information regarding RFI, RFP, negotiation, loading, and to communicate with both hotel side and global sales team side to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of hotel action in the entire RFP process.
· Organize RFP training for hotels every year to update hotels with any process changes and highlight the key points and major issues in upcoming process so that hotels could be better prepared for RFP season.
· Provide solution, support and bi monthly trainings to hotels on any issues and problems they have regarding RFP process, ASA, GDS loading, local contract, rate grid etc.
2nd primary responsibilities
· Being ANAIS relay for Greater China to deliver and update GSO team with ANAIS function renewals, latest policies, news and information to make sure GSO GC team keep up with global pace.
· Monitor Data quality and report function, assist GSO team and ensure their data and action in ANAIS meet global standard, to help achieve accuracy and efficiency in daily sales work.
· Provide ANAIS training for new members send update tutor emails and provide answers and solutions to GSO team constantly to ensure all team members can use the system fully and properly.
3rd primary responsibilities
· In charge of monthly production report in Anais, deliver result correctly and in time for Sales team to review their production monthly.
· Help sales and managers with account production report, production by segment, production by hotel report etc in Anais to get a clearer view of results from different levels.
4th primary responsibilities
· Train and support hotels on account management in ASA, check and correct hotels’ input quality, to maintain the standard of Chinese account in ASA.
· Cooperate with distribution team, assist hotels on ASA Rates creation or modification outside of rate solicitation, in order to ensure hotel rate code meets client RFP request and can be submitted in time.
· Monitor hotel monthly FIT input and provide support if needed, to help maintain the quality of production tracking for KAM and client to get the accurate figures.
Knowledge and Experience
· Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required.
· Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office.
· Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
· Knowledge of Salesforce, Anais, Accor system preferred.

· Excellent communicating skill to handle daily communication with GC hotels, sales team and colleagues all over the world.
