【职位描述】
Job Purpose
The position provides technical and professional support to meet the requirement of IT services of Accor China with the objective of ensuring the effective and efficient operations of IT systems within enterprise rules and security principles.
1st primary responsibilities
•Implements Accor Group’s IT procedures, deploys corporate approved software and hardware solutions.
2nd primary responsibilities
•Install PC and peripherals for new employees.
•Support and resolve computer software, hardware, network issues for corporate users.
•Support video conference solutions for corporate users.
•Facilitates and conducts training sessions for corporate users in the operation of software & hardware systems.
•Manage IT inventory, maintain all equipment records.
3rd primary responsibilities
•Provides IT support to hotel users on Windows operating system, include Windows server 2008R2, 2012R2, 2016; Windows 7,10; etc.
•Provides IT support to hotel users on MS O365, MS Office, anti-virus program, etc.
•Provides IT support to hotel users on network, include MPLS, Ipsec VPN, proxy, Forcepoint firewall, Internet access, ect.
•Manage Active Directory, include create, modify, delete, access delegate for domain users, O365 users, domain workstations, domain groups etc.
•Monitoring hotel devices status, work with hotels to update hardware & software to make compliance.
•Develop and maintain SOP of various technical supporting.
•Training hotel ITs following Accor IT standard.
4th primary responsibilities
•Implement assigned IT project according Accor IT strategy.
•IT infrastructure setup for pre-opening hotels, include Forcepoint firewall, switches, Opera severs, other application servers, etc.
•Work with PMS vendor to upgrade system for hotels.
Knowledge and Experience
•Bachelor Degree in computer sciences, programming, systems analysis, data processing, mathematics, data communications or networking.
•Strong user knowledge of network operating systems, including Windows Server 2008R2, Windows Server 2012R2, Windows Server 2016 or above.
•Strong user knowledge of personal operating systems, including Windows 7, Windows
8.1, Windows 10 or above.
•Strong user knowledge of MS Office and MS O
365.
•Knowledge of TCP/IP addressing and internet/intranet technologies.
•Knowledge of MPLS, IPSEC VPN, VLAN, IP subnet, routing.
•Knowledge of Veritas/Symantec Backup & Recovery tools.
•Minimum 1 year of relevant experience of large networks, preferably international and hospitality PMS, preferably Opera, restaurant POS, etc.
