【职位描述】
Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for executing marketing strategies and plans to achieve key business objectives for Accor’s loyalty programs to support the Accor business growth in Greater China. This role will focus on the member acquisition, activation and retention to drive more member contribution for our hotels and grow our brand equity throughout the Greater China Region.
1st primary responsibilities
• Responsible for member communications in omni-channels. Implement a communications calendar utilizing existing and new communications channels as relevant to the market to grow new member acquisition, activation and retention.
• Manage and implement ALL campaigns and tactical promotions.
• Manage member lifecycle and CRM programs to grow the lifetime value of members.
• Manage agency vendors (including design, media and CRM consulting) to deliver the work on time and on quality.
• Track and analyze on marketing and communications activity impact in driving revenue and growing membership
• Manage marketing budgets based on planning and regional guidelines.
2nd primary responsibilities
• Collaborate with S&M cross-functions to develop and manage strategic partnership programs to drive loyalty metrics, such as loyalty partnership programs with Fliggy and Ctrip.
• Support B2B loyalty initiative to drive share of wallet for ALL in corporate account business.
• Work with digital factory team on the China Wechat mini-program evolution to support the business priorities and loyalty growth targets.
3rd Primary responsibilities
• Act as Greater China Hub Champion for Global Customer Marketing & Engagement for the global programs roll-out, training, localization and integration.
• Assist with loyalty and subscription marketing/sales collateral production where required
Knowledge and Experience
• Strong academic background. Bachelor or above degree required.
• 4-5 years’ loyalty marketing/CRM experience, preferably in hotel or travel industry, or working with leading consumer brands is required.
• Strong understanding of Social/Digital marketing/e-Commerce
• Strong user knowledge of Microsoft office tools

• Good communication skills with ability to communicate confidently and persuasively with both global & regional stakeholders.
• Good analytical skills, with the ability to leverage insights to draw strong conclusions and recommendations.
• With results-driven mind-set, proven ability of managing projects from end to end.
• Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
• Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
• Self-motivated and energetic
• Fluent in English/Mandarin speaking and writing.
