Job Purpose
As part of the China Procurement team, the Procurement Manager will be expect to fulfil a role as both a team member as well as contributing applicable specialist knowledge. This role is a key function within the organisation and you will be required to conduct all business in a manner befitting a professional multi-national organisation. This is a hands-on and high profile role reporting to the Director of Procurement and liaising with other Senior Managers/Directors on digital transformation & ESG strategic, tactical and on-going basis, both internally and externally within the network.

Primary Responsibilities 
•Assist the Procurement Director in digital transformation by implementing eProcurement to hotels in Greater China hub
•Liaise with hotels to increase the procurement compliance, improve procurement processes, communications and provide guidance to hotels as needed.
•To support ESG procurement and global sustainability strategy by embedding sustainability considerations into our purchasing decisions and supplier on-boarding.
•Ongoing support on management of suppliers by assessing the capacity, guiding, piloting new innovative approaches and other collaborative initiatives.
•Liaising with external organizations e.g. auditing bodies and NGOs to implement key improvement programmes with suppliers.
•Providing key insights and performance from the procurement perspective for inclusion in the annual Sustainability Report.
•Develop relationships with all stakeholders at corporate and hotels. 
•Work with Accor’s key nominated suppliers to ensure they are supporting Accor’s compliance objectives, collaborating effectively and support building strong supplier relationships to embed sustainability initiatives and drive performance.
•Working with Accor development team to meet prospective Accor partners in procurement related process.

•提供采购角度的关键见解和绩效，并将其纳入年度可持续发展报告。
•与公司和酒店的所有利益相关者建立良好的关系。
•与雅高的关键提名供应商合作，确保他们支持雅高的合规目标，有效合作并支持建立强大的供应商关系，嵌入可持续发展倡议并推动业绩。
•与雅高发展团队合作，在采购相关流程中与潜在的雅高合作伙伴会面。
Knowledge and Experience
•Bachelor Degree in International Economy and Trading.
•Strong analytical skills, Analytical experience working with Oracle-Hyperion, Microsoft office, Power BI and large volume of complex data
•4-6 years of relevant experience in an international business-to-consumer company and/or consultancy on corporate sustainability.
•Demonstrated experience working with factories to improve social and environmental management systems and a solid grasp of relevant labour and environmental standards Familiar with ISO 14001 & ISO 9001, or other similar standard systems. 
•Demonstrated experience in managing programs and activities related to climate change, circularity, human right, etc.; experience doing so as related to supply chain is preferred.
•The ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing in English. Good presentation skills.

•具有较强的分析能力，具有Oracle-Hyperion, Microsoft office, Power BI和大量复杂数据的分析经验
•4-6年在国际企业对消费者公司和/或企业可持续发展咨询公司的相关经验。
•有与工厂合作改善社会和环境管理体系的经验，对相关劳动和环境标准有扎实的把握。熟悉ISO 14001和ISO 9001，或其他类似的标准体系。
•具有气候变化、循环、人权等相关项目和活动的管理经验;有供应链相关经验者优先。
•能用英语进行有效的口头和书面交流。有良好的表达能力。
