About Accor in China

Purpose:
Aiming to offer the full support on different functions of Talent & Culture in Corporate Office, while assisting to offer the service of Talent & Culture to each hotel.

Scope: 
1. Translate all candidates’ resume into Chinese following with the standard format.
2. Support candidates’ reference check process per request.
3. Prepare candidates’ online assessment via INES Talent Acquisition System.
4. Prepare the employment contract/addendum for General Managers’ candidates.
5. Input new GM’s information into GM system regularly.
6. Post jobs on Accor channels (Accor Career website, Wechat, Veryeast, 51jobs etc.) per request via INES Talent Acquisition System or Moseeker system, track the operating status, and close the job posting in due time.
7. Track all hotels’ job posting standards regularly on existing Accor channels, including Accor Careers Website, Veryeast.com and WeChat. 
8. Collect and consolidate the monthly hot jobs vacancies from hotels, design content of the monthly hot job Wechat tweet (layout, topic) and send out the tweet every 5th via WeChat account.
9. Update the job advertisement in veryeast.com align with Accor EVP and other standard.
10. Others if need. i.e., update the China social Insurance and housing fund summary form; support new GMs’ Relocation and Visa preparation/arrangement.
