Job Purpose:
•The position is responsible to assist in the management of room inventory and banquet space inventory to maximize hotel(s) topline revenue. Ensure accuracy of information delivery and maintaining revenue management systems. Assist in the preparation of competitive analysis and other supporting documents for presentation at revenue max meetings. Assist in managing room inventories, rates, and restrictions across the brand.com and OTA/distribution channels including communicating rate restrictions and strategy to properties. Assist the revenue leader to complete market analysis; weekly and monthly critiques; monthly forecast; budget and business planning. Assist in the implementation of hotel sales strategies and admin tasks for team.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Managing and Executing Revenue Management Projects and Strategy:
•Assist to prepare meeting agendas and support documents
•Assist in implementing hotel sales strategy in reservation systems, inventory systems, distribution systems and revenue management systems
•Assist with system maintenance including but not limited to monitoring forecasted demand, recommended rates and restrictions, updating group ceiling and running quarterly system health checks.
•Assist in managing room and function space, rates and restrictions
•Support Front Office and Reservations teams with basic revenue management questions
•Monitor hotel compliance with brand standards and guidelines that inhibit rate and price integrity
2. Analyzing and Reporting Revenue Management Data:
•Update and maintain accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.
•Compiles data and information from internal and external sources
3. Building Successful Relationships:
•Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintains them over time
•Informs and/or updates the leaders, the peers and the subordinates on relevant information in a timely manner
•Additional Responsibilities:

•Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
Knowledge and Experience:
•A degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant, or related major
•2 years of work experience
