职位描述

Job Purpose:

  • To develop integrated digital marketing plans and initiatives that focus on driving traffic, brand awareness and enrollment, generating loyalty revenue as well as customer engagement that align with business objectives and overall company strategy.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing Accor direct booking platforms for Greater China, work with global digital marketing team, leveraging digital channels, partnerships and tool to boost China-for-China CRM
  • China CRM project implementation and operation.
  • Support China subscription program sales and lifecycle programs’ communications.
  • Work with brand/loyalty/marketing/ team to define content distribution strategy, to amply master content to the best exposure.
  • Achieve Web direct revenue as budgeted.
  • Contribute to digital media, paid search, Metasearch, Affiliation, retargeting with trackable KPIs (CPC/CPA, New customer ratio) and strengthen ROI on paid media expenses.
  • Define key metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives; develop a digital marketing dashboard to identify opportunities and insights and make adjustment to achieve desired results.
  • Support multi-channel marketing strategies based on innovative ideas to tie web, mobile, email, search, social and to provide digital marketing solutions based on customer insight and data.
  • Management of agency vendors to deliver the work on time and on quality.
  • Work with digitalization team to elevate digital capability in the region.
  • Accountable for digital performance monitoring, analytics and insights in terms of acquisition, activations and retention for China CRM.


Knowledge and Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM
  • Well knowledge and expertise in China digital space, with focus on ecosystem of the key players, Tencent and Alibaba.
  • Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
  • Highly organized and capable of developing and keeping to a project timeline.
  • A tracked recorded experience with developing and executing digital marketing plans focusing on travel and hospitality industry.
  • Experience with subscription (paid) loyalty program is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing/CRM/e-commerce
  • Strong user knowledge of Microsoft office tools
