Purpose:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive NSO / GSO Support Specialist to provide critical operational support to the Sales team, with a focus on Proposal management, daily operation, and MICE, Leisure business coordination.
This role will streamline administrative and system-related tasks, enabling sales leaders to concentrate on strategic account development, RFP negotiations, and revenue delivery
Primary Responsibilities:
Account & System Management:
● Collect, consolidate, and track incoming RFP requests from internal and external stakeholders.
● Prepare regular reporting updates on account status, timelines, and outcomes.
● Manage end-to-end sales system processes, including sending email invitations, coordinating hotel follow-ups, processing amendments, and consolidating data.
MICE / Leisure Support:
● Consolidate MICE / Leisure group lead proposals and ensure accurate input into the lead management system.
● Coordinate with internal teams to maintain up-to-date MICE opportunity pipelines.
Knowledge and Experience:
● Proven experience in sales operations, RFP coordination, or hospitality commercial support roles.
● Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
● Proficiency in CRM or sales management systems (e.g., Salesforce, Power Point).
● High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
