岗位职责：
1、负责督导下属员工，维持日常工作的顺利运转；
2、保持本区域的卫生清洁，督促检查PA的工作；
3、负责向厨房、餐厅、大厅吧提供所需的用品和设备，筹划和配备宴会等活动的餐具、物品；
4、根据使用量配发各种洗涤剂和其他化学用品；
5、协调管事、主管进行各种设备，餐具的盘点工作；
6、监督本区域员工按规定的程序和要求工作，保证餐具的完整，降低破损，保证卫生质量，做好员工 考勤；
7、与厨房、餐厅保持良好的关系，加强沟通；
计算机能力：良好年龄要求：30-45岁
