Responsibility
1. Possess rich service knowledge, and can reach agreement with the company's values and goals
2. Coordinate the relationship between team members
3. Through regular communication to keep the team up-to-date on the activities of relevant departments and companies
4. Staff training, including assistance and supervision training when needed
5. Evaluate employee performance according to standards, and formulate action plans to solve standard deficiencies
6. Manage daily briefings and weekly operating meetings when necessary
7. Assist the general manager to manage all in-store maintenance issues
8. Manage the cashier and POS system, and report incidents and abnormal events to the general manager
9. Manage the procedures for opening and closing cashiers, including daily income reports and MC reports
10. Manage all inventory procedures
11. Cooperate with the chef to ensure daily stable and efficient store operations
Work requirements
1. Have relevant work experience in the same position (F&B industry or Hotel industry)
2. Have good written and oral expression skills in Chinese and English.
3. Cantonese is preferred.
