- Monitoring and supervising the level of service in F&B outlets.
  负责督导及监督各餐厅的服务水平。
- Possessing management ability that ensures a successful handling of all outlets.

 - Assisting in developing special programs in order to attract guest, to ease seasonal sales fluctuations, to increase popularity and overall competitiveness of operations
- 协助制定特殊的推广，根据季节变化吸引更多的客人，增加更多的人气和市场竞争力。
- Participating in the development of the annual budget, costing and pricing of F&B outlet menus.
- 对各餐厅菜单参与并制定年度预算，成本和定价。
- Ensure that proper sanitation is carried out for all restaurants, back area, kitchens including staff dining. 
- 确保所有餐厅，备餐区域，厨房及员工餐厅卫生问题。
- Work closely with Executive Chef and Chief Steward to ensure that HACCP standards are followed and further implemented / developed. Conduct weekly walk through front and back of house.
- 与厨师长和管事部经理一起合作确保达到食品卫生安全标准。每周将进行一次对前厅和后台的检查。
- Ensure effective control over Food and Beverage sales and that consistent profit is maximised while maintain and improving high standard and service by.

英文口语及书写流利 
Good command of English both verbal and written.
熟悉餐饮部运作系统及劳动法规 
Familiar with HR operation system and labor laws.
电脑熟练 
Good computer skill.
 
Required Qualifications
必要的资历要求：
 1.     College and above.
        大专及以上资历。
2.     At least 5 years of experience at hospitility indutry and 2 years experience in in F&B Manager position.
        至少五年酒店相关岗位工作经验, 两年餐饮经理岗位经验
