岗位职责：

1. 服从主任和领班的工作安排。

2. 熟悉空调给排水、配电系统、智能化系统、电梯、强弱电等的工作原理、运行操作及维修保养。

3. 严格按照相关的规定对所负责的系统进行维修保养，使大厦设备正常运作。

4. 每天对各系统进行巡视检查，并准确记录各种运行数据和巡检记录，发现问题立即上报上级及时处理。

5. 严格遵守操作程序，做好防水、防火、防小动物及防尘的措施，保证系统的正常运行。

6. 熟悉突发性事故的处理流程，能按照应急处理规程进行操作。

7. 工作地点：广州市天河区珠江新城凯华国际中心

招聘要求

（1）相关高中或以上学历，22-45岁。

（2）持相关专业上岗证件。

（3）有大型甲级写字楼或大厦（酒店）技工工作经验优先。

（4）具备优良的协调沟通能力及应变处事能力。
