岗位职责：

1. 在营运经理的领导下, 对商业大楼的重要租户的日常租户服务工作进行审核、监督、协调各方面的服务事项。

2. 当营运主任休假时, 顶替高/低层租户的日常租户服务。

3. 负责重要租户的物业接管、交楼收楼等工作；全面统计掌握物业及其配套设施及客户入住、装修、出租等情况，建立健全的各类工作档案。

4. 监督营运主任做好物业管理费、水电煤费、停车场使用费、及其它服务费的收缴工作。

5. 监督营运主任报修工单的跟进，及时回访及每月组织保养、保安、清洁、行政等部门对物业区域进行一次月度巡检并递交报告。

6. 与重要租户建立良好关系。

7. 经常走(回)访重要租户, 了解客人的意见和建议, 做事件报告呈上级跟进。

8. 协助营运客服经理草拟各类通知、告示、回函和催款函件。

9. 监督营运主任整理租户档案。

10. 协助与配合其他部门处理涉及商业大楼客人的事务。

11. 协助营运客服经理负责对外公关工作。

12. 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格：

1.大专以上学历，物业管理、酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业优先考虑。

2.三年以上大型商场、酒店、写字楼或综合性物业等同等级客服管理工作经验。

3.具有良好的客户服务专业知识，熟练掌握客服专业领域的操作技能。

4.具有良好的沟通协调能力。

5.流利国粤语，并有良好的英语交流能力。
