岗位职责：

1、协助项目负责人处理项目内人力资源各大模块工作（规划、招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬、员工关系等）；

2、负责行政管理工作，配合并协助各个部门工作；

3、协助公司各项规章制度的建立与完善健全；

4、协助项目其他行政后勤服务，文件机要档案，合同，办公用品、固定资产等的采购与管理；

5、协助公司各部门目标考核工作的督导开展；

6、协助项目负责人做好团队管理与建设，传导公司企业文化和人文关怀。

7. 完成上级交办的其他工作任务。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，工商管理、人力资源管理或行政管理等相关专业；

2、5年以上相关岗位的工作经验，2年以上同岗位的工作经验；

3、熟悉国家及当地劳动法律法规、行政政策。

4. 熟悉各种招聘渠道及面试方法。
