1、按照公司规定，落实24小时运行值班，做好交接工作；

2、负责运行班管辖范围的值班，处理一般性故障，参与、协助设施、设备的维修保养工作发现的问题及时汇报；

3、巡查监管管辖范围内的各系统主要设备房及各主要设备的日常运行使用情况并作巡查运行记录及确保设备正常运行；

4、每天根据实际的情况控制中央空调主机及配套设备的开停，并如实记录各主机的实际运行参数；

5、保持在管设备房及设备表面的卫生清洁；

6、按照设备开停时间表开停设备；

7、跟进配合维修中夜班突发应急故障的维修；

8、协助电梯维修保养工作；

9、积极完成上级交办的其他工作任务。

任职要求：

（1）具有良好的职业道德及团队精神。

（2）中专（中技）以上学历，机电或自动控制化专业。

（3）有1年以上的相关工作经验。

（4）持有强、弱电电工上岗证。

（5）良好的沟通能力。

（6）有五大行工作经验优先考虑。
