岗位职责:
Job Responsibilities:
1.身体健康,五官端正,男女不限,英语口语佳者优先;
Good health, regular facial features, both male and female, oral English is preferred;
2.抗压能力强,沟通协调能力强,服务意识强;
Strong ability to work under pressure, strong communication and coordination skills, strong sense of service
3.有1年以上高档西餐厅领班工作经验/3年以上高档西餐管理服务工作经验;
At least 1 year working experience as a leader in a high-end western restaurant/at least 3 years working experience in high-end western food management service;
4.做好上班后的餐厅准备工作,积极检查备用餐具是否齐全,餐台上器皿及需用品是否整洁和齐备;
Do a good job in the preparation of the restaurant after work, actively check whether the spare tableware is complete, table utensils and supplies are neat and complete;
5.工作时做到口勤、眼勤、手勤和脚勤,并及时了解客人心态,需求,为顾客提供服务;
Work to be diligent in mouth, eyes, hands and feet, and timely understand the mentality of guests, needs, to provide services for customers;
6.要有牢固的业务操作知识,掌握及懂得客人需要的每份食物酒水用餐规律;
Must have solid business operation knowledge, master and understand the guest needs of each food and beverage meal rules;
7.接待顾客应主动、热情、礼貌、耐心、周到,使顾客有宾至如归之感;
To receive customers should be active, warm, polite, patient, thoughtful, so that customers feel at home;
8.善于向顾客介绍和推销本餐厅酒水及特色菜点;
Good at introducing and promoting the restaurant drinks and special dishes to customers;
9.有较强的工作责任心,有独立处理事务的能力;

10.配合经理工作,服从经理或以上领导指挥,团结及善于帮助同事工作;
Cooperate with the manager, obey the command of the manager or above, unite and be good at helping colleagues;
11.完成上级布置的其他任务;
