1.To work with Director of Marcom, plan and execute online marketing campaigns at the property level, enabling more customized and need based online marketing for hotel.  
2.To be the champion of Marriott online tools in online distribution area to improve performance for the various online channels and, together with Revenue Management, to support the properties’ overall Revenue Per Available Room (RevPar) index and other key customer metrics according to brand.3.Inculcate an open and smooth communication process with individual business units and management team to execute all marketing initiatives at a property level.4.Work closely together with marketing and PR to implement integrated marketing campaigns through regular meetings in order to maximize the synergy.5.Comply with the communication flow to work closely with Sales, Revenue Management and different operation teams to ensure online campaign execution smoothly.6.Work with sister properties in the region and globally closely on Starwood Online programs or media campaigns.
